Ingredients: Italian pasta, dark chocolate, fresh cream, orange slices, star anise, red chili (optional).
Preparation:
- Cook the Italian pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a saucepan over low heat with the fresh cream. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the orange slices to the melted chocolate sauce. If desired, you can also add a pinch of red chili for extra heat and interest.
- Once the sauce is ready and the pasta is cooked, pour the chocolate and citrus sauce over the drained pasta and gently toss to coat well.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with a few star anise for decorative presentation and subtle aroma.
